Lumps

Hi

My husband has three lumps. One in his arm hard ball, a small hard ball in his finger and one small moveble ball in his right side. They are hard to touch. He refusing to go and get it checked saying its fatty tissues.  We had bloods done a month a go and they were fine. He is a smoker and has this white stuff on roof of mouth, again refusing for it to be seen. Over our marriage he thinks I dramatise his health and always looking for some diagnosis and that he is perfectly fine ( due to his smoking has recurrect chest infections). He has no symptoms other then these lumps. Shall I leave it and stop worrying for him?

  • Hello Sham707

I'm sorry to hear that you have some concerns about your husband's health at the moment. Whilst it's good to hear that his recent blood tests were all fine, if he's refusing to see a GP about these lumps then I'm not sure what else you can do.

Whilst it's understandable that we can worry about the health of our loved ones, it sounds like your concerns have been ongoing for quite some time. The NHS website has some useful advice and tips for coping with health anxiety.

I hope that things improve for you soon.

    Best wishes,
