Armpit lump

Hi,

I've previously posted about having a lump in my breast which was found to be glandular and also found a fibroadenoma. At my appointment I asked them to check under my arm as I felt like there were a few lumps. They checked with an ultrasound and said it was normal. This was about 6 months ago but I can still feel the lump under one arm and possibly others. I'm a paranoid person and thinking I should go back to the doctors but I don't want to waste their time if it's just how my armpit is always going to feel!
Thanks!!

  • Hello Leobob

I'm sorry to hear that you're still feeling anxious about the lump that you initially saw the GP for and that you now think there may be more lumps.

For your own peace of mind, get in touch with your GP surgery and discuss your concerns with them. they will be best placed to arrange an appointment and any appropriate referrals or support to help you.

I hope that you get some reassurance soon.

    Best wishes,
