Hey, 

Just looking for some advice, I've had a dodgy belly button infection for ages and then last night I noticed white looking cheese stuff inside it that I managed to get out with my finger, but this morning my belly button is all cracked like red raw but there's also a lump at the bottom of my belly button and I'm wondering if it could be anything sinister.
