I feel really apprehensive about results tomorrow. The lump is fixed, solid and has caused a large indentation on my breast. It's completely changed the shape of it. I have a gut feeling that whatever it is, it will need removing. I have conversations in my head about how I will tell family of it's not the news I want. My appointments at 4 tomorrow, so just need to get through it. Trying to stay positive.

try to not let you thoughts run away with you, until you get to your app tomorrow. 

I've had some aching in my breast, as well a the lump, so I'm starting to be concerned about that too, but trying to not read too much into that. But hard not to isn't it. 

Try and get some sleep this evening. Whoever tomorrow brings, you will be ok. You can do this x

It is hard, especially trying to establish what is real and what is psychosomatic!! 
 

Let's hope we both get some sleep tonight, at least we will both be a step closer tomorrow. Zx

I completely agree Linda. I've made myself sore constantly feeling the lump and have become obsessed.

not the best nights sleep but to be expected. Feeling slightly nauseous this morning but know it's just nerves. Spending some time sitting in the sun in the garden and pottering around until it's time for my appointment. Hope you are ok?
