Possible Paget’s disease of nipple?

Hello. So for quite a while my left nipple is flatter than my right one. It isn't inverted but definitely flatter and smaller than the right. I have also been having a crusty yellow nipple, only the left! I am worried as i have been reading about Paget's disease and these can be symptoms of it. I have been to the breast clinic already. I was having pain in the said breast with itchiness, they did an ultrasound on breast and nipple and found nothing. The ANP also said that they aren't concerned re colour of the discharge as I actually took my bra that had the stains to show her! (The things you have to do) I am only 29 and so I know it's very rare to get pagets at a young age but it isn't impossible! Is it normal for women as a rule to have just one crusty nipple and a flatter one? I just feel anxious as there is no explanation as to why it is happening??

Thanks

Katie
