Scared of ovarian cancer symptoms

So I am having a ultrasound on ovaries to check

for cysts. I have back ache petiod like cramps and needing to wee all the time. Can these symtoms cause non cancerous cysts. I am just scared I have ovarian cancer. Thank you, I keep posting so sorry for that o think I am just scared as i have been googling far to much.

I have had ovarian cysts found during a colonoscopy and removed by gynaecology oncology surgeon who was really helpful. Not cancerous but as they were complex as lm over 65 better removed. I hope you have a similar outcome

Im glad you mentioned your age as I am 55 and everything I have looked at says they are always cancerous after menopause‍♀️Im getting a blood test weds and a hospital consultation Thursday Im so worried.

Try to relax and keep busy, try not to Google they only give the worst outcome for everything. my cysts were removed because they could become cancerous not all cysts are cancerous, they weren't getting smaller they rescanned after three months and said at the scan that they were the same size. 6cm and 4 cm and solid.
l have everything crossed for you
