Dermatologist appointment for mole

Hi, around a month ago I went to my GP as I started to pay attention to a freckles on my arm. The GP said the freckle with a raised bump was nothing to worry about but she asked about a freckle next to it as it wasnt symetrical. I had never noticed this before she assured me that this was nothing worth worrying over but took photos and sent them to a dermatologist. That was around 6 weeks ago I think.

I never thought much about this as i never heard anything back until wednesday when I recieved an automated message on my home phone saying my name and asking if I was attending my dermatology appointment on Monday at a hospital. I never recieved a letter or anything so I  called the hospital who said that a letter will arrive. This has me really worried as it seems very fast and my anxiety is making me think they may be worried about the freckles/mole.

I am 26 and dont know what to expect at this appointment. My anxiety levels are through the roof as I am worried about all sorts now. I called my GP to confirm I will be attending the hospital and they had no knowledge of this appointment. This has made me build an image in my head of a dermatologist not liking the look of the freckle/mole.
