I found one red spot in my breast and thought nothing of it in less than a week it spread all over even in my armpit. Im stressing waiting on some results.

It's good you have had these red spots looked at and now it's just this difficult long wait for results when one day can feel like a week as time seems to pass more slowly. It won't be long now until you get some definite answers.
I know it is really hard but try not to worry too much or anticipate what it might be as there are so many things it could be other than cancer which are easily treatable. The best thing to do to avoid thinking too much about this is to keep busy and distracted if you can and avoid looking things up online. I can imagine it is hard for you to do this at the moment but it will help you feel a little less anxious. There are helpful tips on this page to help you cope while waiting for important news.
