Had a colonoscopy on Saturday and I can’t stop overthinking

I’m only 26 and I had my first colonoscopy as I get really bad bleeding down there to the point there’s clots. (Sorry if TMI). They found multiple polyps and sessile polyps during my colonoscopy. They removed two but I still feel anxious as colon cancer runs in my family. I can’t help but feel anxious of my results even though I know the chances of it being that serious are rare to none.

Is there any tips and tricks you guys know to help me ease my anxiety about potential results? I’m an overthinker and I can’t help but google things! Is there anything you guys did to ease your nerves while awaiting results?
