So for the last few weeks having needing to wee all the fine pelvic pain and back ache having a ultra scan next Wednesday. But can big cysts make these symtoms and not be ovarian cancer. I just keep coming convincing myself I have cancerz

Yes it's possible it can be an ovarian cyst. I had similar symptoms and after eventually getting an ultrasound they found a cyst on my ovary which they have since been monitoring and it seems to be shrinking.
Good luck with your scan, I know how easy it is to worry but it's always best to get it checked and hopefully it will be OK
