Hi, hope I can reassure you a little. My daughter in law had similar symptoms, she was found to have an ovarian cyst. The symptoms settled without treatment after a few weeks.

A year later, same symptoms but more painful aand she had the cyst removed. She has since had another baby ( my gorgeous granddaughter) and no further problems.

Thank you yes this makes me feel a bit better the pain did ease last night. The doctors don't seam to be to worried it's because my best friend died of ovarian cancer so her scared but thank you
