What should you do if your mole biopsy was lost? what are the next steps? are you then eligible for compensation?

Did some digging, if others are wondering or in a similar situation, firstly you should make a formal complaint to your GP or get in contact with a ombudsman. If you don't get a satisfactory resolution from doing that then you can consider making a claim.
