Primary liver cancer?

Hi,

I had an investigative procedure this week for a gyne issue. At the time they found multiple black-grey lesions confined to liver surface. The surgeon asked for a second opinion from another general surgeon and both agreed to refer me for an urgent MRI and then referral fo a specialist.

I've been having trouble and pain ans symptoms worsening for years that the drs have said is either a hernia (lump that pops out from time to time) or gallbladder issues.

Im incredibly worried now. Should I be? I'm really overthinking.

any advice I would greatly appreciate.

Thank you.

  • Hey WorriedNorfolk,

I saw your post hasn't had a reply just yet so I wanted to stop by to welcome you to the forum and let you know your post has been seen.

I know this must be worrying but if you can try not to think too far ahead or jump to any worse case scenarios. Always much easier said than done I know, but there could be numerous explanations for these lesions which are less serious than cancer.

Hopefully some of our members will offer their thoughts and advice to you soon as well but in the meantime, we're thinking of you and will have our fingers crossed everything will be o.k.

    Kind regards,
