Endometrial Cancer Referral

I've just been referred on a 2 week referral for Endometrial Cancer after an ultrasound revealed my Endometrium cavity was abnormal with a max. thickness of 11mm with a small amount of viscous fluid and some cysts. I'm not sure whether to be concerned or not at this stage. I'm 48, and I'm not in menopause (according to recent blood tests, not even peri-menopause), but I haven't had a period for over 16 years due to PCOS. I did have some abnormal bleeding early this year which triggered a first ultrasound which showed a complex ovarian cyst but that first US in Feb of this year showed endometrium was normal. I went back this week due to needing to monitor the cyst which had disappeared, but they've found this issue with the endometrium cavity, plus a lump inside the umbilica thats nearly doubled in size in four months which I've been told is nothing to worry about (but I don't think anyone has spotted it's grown). Anyone else in the same boat here, pre-menopause, no periods due to PCOS? And is it normal to have fluid and cysts in the endometrial cavity?

Any advice welcomed.
