I've recently had my first positive smear test. HPV positive and high grade  (severe) dyskaryosis. This wasn't stated on my letter but it does appear as the test result on my app. Since then I've had an urgent colposcopy and Lletz last Tuesday.

Since around Thursday / Friday I have had a lot of watery discharge, feels a bit like when your water breaks. I have no idea if this is normal.  There's also an odd smell, one that sticks in your nose but I can't quiet describe it. Again is this normal?

The gynecologist didn't show me the screen during the appointment, no mention of what they got out. I was a bit shell shocked so I didn't think to ask anything. I'm not sure if I should be worried that I wasn't shown / told much or if it's just them getting on with their job :(
