Don't be embarrassed to see your doctor. I have been to the breast clinic twice this year and was referred twice last year during Covid due to breast changes.  lve had multiple breast surgeries. and lost count of the mammogram's. They explained that l had an open appointment and that the scans are only snapshots of the day they are  taken and  to return if worried.. 

The breast clinic are really the best place to reassure you l hope you have an appointment soon.

A very warm welcome to our forum. Alfieisastar is right. It is always worth seeking a medical opinion if you notice any changes in your breast - I have caught 2 cancers at an early stage as a result of seeing my GP. 

Some people have naturally lumpy breasts and, by the sound of your past history, you may be one of them. It is unusual to have pain associated with breast cancer. There are many other causes of breast lumps, such as fibrous changes or cysts.

Please contact your GP  and get this checked out. Also please keep in touch and let us know how you get on. We are always here for you.
