I think I may have conteacted skin cancer - I have had what I thought was possibly an insect bite on my face above my cheekbone but hasn't healed for well over a week. I also noticed that I had swellings - one just in front of my earlobe and then another directly below my earlobe at the top of my jawbone. I've been frantic all weekend as only realised the second lump / swelling on Friday, so not been able to get to the doctors. I'm fearing that if the initial skin cancer has gotten into my lymph nodes then this is ready likely to have spread. Any one that might have some positive comments would be welcomed
