I m in the years on menopausa I thinks,and from 10 day I have pain on my left breast,some scratching,and on the botton I fill somenthing hard and long.
I am sorry to hear you are experiencing these symptoms. I think the best thing to do if you are worried is to make an appointment with your GP and mention that you have this pain on your breast and the other issues you have noticed. It's always best to get these things looked at for peace of mind.
