I was sent by gp for urgent colonoscopy blood found in poo. Consultant online said I'd be given an appointment.? Been 4 weeks waiting. Worried. Mum died of cancer of colon. I have diverticulitis. What do I do?
I'm sorry you still haven't heard anything about your appointment. Sadly a lot of people are having to wait longer than usual due to the pandemic backlogs but if you're worried, you could get in touch with your GP and see if they're able to chase this up for you.
