I have swollen lymph nodes in groin and armpit, I have had bloods, chest X-ray and referred for ultrasound. Annoyly when I arrived I was told the ultrasound machine was broken , I asked if the scan can see lymph nodes and she said no that's a special test and I'm booked for abdo and pelvis. Is this the correct procedure? I assumed I was having my lymph nodes scanned. Is there anything I should be requesting, sorry I'm so nervous and disappointed about today .
