I'm sorry to hear that you've recently needed to have a colposcopy under general anaesthetic and that consequently, your results showed that there was CIN3 present. It's understandable that you may have some questions and concerns about what this means and what the next steps will be. 

There's lots of information available on the Jo's Trust website about cervical cell changes and what the next treatment options may be.
