I have lynch syndrome ( genetic mutation msh2/epcam)  and have increased risk of cancers. Recently I have had petechia spots on my arms , legs etc , nosebleeds, totally exhausted and lumps under my armpits. I'm wondering if there is any link between lynch and leukaemia and whether I'm being a drama queen. Has anyone ever had these symptoms ?
