I can imagine this is such a stressful time for you receiving this letter calling you for further tests. Having had cancer already it is normal to be apprehensive and I can understand why you would also be worried that they will take away the HRT if you feel it has been helping you greatly. Try not to anticipate though for now what it might be until you get all your results. If the possibily of taking away the HRT is discussed, do mention to your doctor that it has greatly helped you reduce mood swings and been helpful against depression and ask whether they could offer alternatives to make sure you do not feel down or suffer from these mood swings again. It is important that your medical team is aware of all this so that they can give you suitable options.
