Hi,

I'm under 18 and have been experiencing some changes with my breasts. They feel tender and I've got a dry scab and pimples on both nipples and potential dimpling (I'm not sure if it's just the hair follicles though). I know that it is unlikely to be cancer but just wanted to check.
