Hi everyone! 
 

I am 24 and about 4 weeks ago I started getting some pain in my left breast and then my left breast swelled rapidly in about 3/4 days. Since then I have been experiencing aches in my arm, shoulder blade and armpit. The main in my breast has got a little better but the swelling is still very clear - especially the outer side of my left breast and the pain in my arms/ shoulder continue. 
I have been on the mini pill for several years so I don't think it is related to my menstural cycle as something like this has never happened before.
I just can't help thinking the worst and my health anxiety is through the roof.

I went to the gp who agreed with the significant swelling abs referred me to the breast clinic. 

My appointment isn't for another 2 weeks and I am just so worried. It's all I can think about. 
I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced similar symptoms or could offer me some advice.
