abnormal vagina bleeding

i'm 15 and i my period finished around two weeks ago, i keep getting very abnormal vaginal bleeding. it's not a "little bit" either it's like the amount you get when your period first starts, if i go to the toilet i'll randomly have a puddle of blood in my pants?? i also have pelvic pain like if i stand up it hurts or if i move too quickly. please explain what is happening lol i'm too awkward to ask my mum

    I'm really sorry to hear that you're experiencing some problems with your periods at the moment. It's understandable that you're feeling anxious. 

    There can be many reasons you may have some unusual bleeding. It's unlikely that it's related to cancer at your age, which is what I suspect you're worried about and why you've posted on a cancer forum. 

    No one here can tell you what is causing this abnormal bleeding but for your own peace of mind, I think you need to have that conversation with your Mum. I know it may feel awkward starting that conversation with her, so if you don't want to talk, write her a note to let her know what's happening and ask for her help. I'm sure she will want to reassure you and try and get things resolved as quickly as possible.
