Hey Katie, 

I'm sorry to hear about the lumps that have been found in your groin and armpit. I know being referred for further tests can be scary, but try not to think the worst if you can.

Easier said than done but I hope it helps to know that many of our members have also contended with swollen lumps and lymph nodes so you are not alone and hopefully some of them will pop by when they can to offer you their support and advice.

Waiting for tests and results is always a challenging time but fingers crossed it won't be long until your appointments come through and the ball can start rolling. In the meantime, I hope the tips and advice given in this article will help.

Fingers crossed these lumps turn out to be no cause for concern.
