I have a swollen lymph node on the right side of my neck, I noticed it a week ago and can't tell whether it's actually gotten a little bigger over the past few days. 
 

I've been away on holiday recently and drank, smoke and had hardly little sleep, would this cause a lymph node to swell? 
 

also over the course of the last 8/9 months I've had severe itching which the doctors have put down to urticaria. But I've read online that persistent urticaria and swelled lymph nodes are linked to lymphoma. 
 

now I am extremely worried! My lump is moveable but not sore to touch. 
 

is it possible that the urticaria and lump aren't linked? 
 

can anyone advise me please?
