I am sorry to hear you've had all this itchiness. It must be so unpleasant for you. Don't be embarrassed though about getting it checked out as this is something doctors will have seen routinely on a daily basis and will be used to. You can request to see a lady doctor too if that makes you feel more comfortable. 

Unfortunately no one here will be able to tell you what it is but I hope that you will hear from others who have had similar symptoms and that they will come and share their experience with you. The best thing to do really is make an appointment and talk to your GP about this. They will have the medical expertise to tell you more and treat your condition.
