Lump in left abdomen

Hi I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice 

 

So basically I found a lump in my left abdominal wall last year, it's rock hard and doesn't really move. I was 6 weeks pregnant when I found it and the doctors did an ultrasound on it but nothing came up, it was then left as i was pregnant tbeg didn't want to do anything 

Fast forward a year and half later my lump is still there so I rang doctors and they've booked me in for a ct, it's next week and I'm so worried. It's more real now :( has anyone had this before? It's left side about 5cm from my belly button 

I have two small kids and god I'm just so scared it's serious, especially after a year surely it would be really bad by now :(

    I'm sorry to hear that you're feeling so anxious ahead of your scan later this week. We know that for many people this period of waiting for tests and results can be difficult and it's natural to consider the worst. 

    It sounds positive that the ultrasound you had last year didn't raise any concerns and I'm guessing from your post that you've no symptoms of ill health so I think that bodes well for you too after all this time.
