Just wondering if anyone else has same issues as me

For years on and off I've had blood on tissue when I wipe, I genuinely thought coz I'm (chunky) that it's piles... I've also always had what I called IBS (without diagnosis) because of how my bowels react to certain foods, in one bowel movement I can struggle then have lose stools.. anyway long story short, I had the physical exam at GPs and she said there's no hemorrhoids and no blood in her finger. I've had to fo a FIT stool sample test and a calcprotectin test... currently waiting for results but I'm well worries haha.... Sick of googling ... I'm even more scared of having a colonoscopy if I have to have one? 

The blood is always bright red, I can go weeks and it will start again, often when I feel like my bowels are causing me trouble. Not had blood for about 3 weeks until today again, small amount on paper accompanied with small amount of mucus (only seen from investigation... yuk I know) 

I'm 27, overweight female and worried haha 

No bowel changes other than normal, I've always either had 10 poops a day (always slushy consistency never a log) or struggled to get them out (depending what I've eaten)

Any similar stories welcomes :)
