Clean colonoscopy but Calprotectin and Blood still present

Hey all, I hope someone might me able to assist me here

So...I'm currently awaiting my notes and stuff being transferred to a new GP practice, my current GP told me I had "calprotectin" in my poo because I was suffering "anxiety" which yeah, I do and I can see the link but...everything I'm suffering is apparently in my head including my period pain and increase in blood clots so...I'm not taking chances on my health on the off chance it's something I really need checked out.

Ok so I've had IBS for years but in January of this year I had what can only be described as the worst attack I've ever had. The pain was higher up than normal and the poo was liquid lava and green (meaning that it was traveling through my small intestine very fast) and thus went on for two weeks. I was initially pawned off as "just IBS" by this current GP until I bought at home FOB and Calprotectin/Lactoferrin cassettes which lit up like a Christmas tree when I tested

This then made the GP begrudgingly take a sample from me and a blood test. bloods were very healthy with good iron and ferritin levels, liver and kidneys all good too but the poo was high in blood and calprotectin which put me up for an urgent colonoscopy

The colonoscopy was done and biopsies taken and all was very clear and healthy

I was dismissed as IBS and was given buscopan and I also started taking a probiotic which made my poo regular, and clean after I wiped, with no blood or calprotectin in the self test samples for a while which was great

However I had an IBS attack which I then sampled and again, same result as in January however this time the attack did not go on for two weeks only a couple of days and my poo is solid again, there is still trace amounts of blood but these traces can be caused by a number of things like red berries or broccoli apparently and that I'm willing to accept cos I eat this "test trigger" foods a lot

I know these tests are not reliable and cannot give an idea of quantity but still, I feel like an upper GI scan or investigation isn't a big ask considering? IBS shouldn't produce markers of FOB or calprotectin so I was wondering what could be going on with my olde guts..

I should mention the test results line are pretty faint so...

My guts feel a little tender to me but that could be just psychosomatic. I went to urgent care three days ago and the doctor felt my stomach and stuff and it was clean to them of any masses, no bloating and listened through the stethoscope too all good. They took a full blood count a good there too

What could be happening? Any ideas?
