Female, 30, non smoker and i don't drink.

I have had this enlarged lump just below my jaw line for around 3 months now, it's painless and quite big. After 2 months of this i started noticing the otherside of my jaw line also getting a lump and then both my ears started hurting. Anyways as i have on going health problems - been vomiting every day for 6 months and consultant is still oblivious as to why..although just been diagnosed with barratts esophagus and gastritis. I spoke to doctors prevously about it and they just shook me off saying lets concentrate on your vomiting first. I called the doctors saying my lumps have gotten worse and they put me on antibiotics and this hasn't helped. Went to see the doctor and she has now referred me to ENT. The lumps are both still large and can be seen but they still don't hurt and they don't move either. My ears hurt pretty much everyday too but there's no infection and i get alot of headaches but drink alot of water. I'm hoping to hear from ENT within the week, fingers crossed! Does this seem like the dreaded C word or am I just in my head too much. Has anyone else been through the same? Honesty please
