Hi guys,

I have a mole on my breast right by where my underwire sits. 

I've never had an issues with it in the past but I've noticed tonight the top if it moves and feels a bit sore only when I move it. Is this normal ? Doesn't appear to have changed shape at all and is light in colour. I just find it weird that the top of it moves unlike other moles I have. I'm on holiday at the moment but plan for it to be looked at once I get home. Many thanks.
