Unfortunately no one here will be able to tell you what this vaginal lump is but I hope that you will hear from other members of the forum who have had a similar lump before and that they will share their story with you. 

It's good that the lump has now gone down and that it doesn't hurt anymore to sit. The best thing to do really is to mention it to your doctor who will be in the best position to tell you more about it and reassure you as to what it might be. So do make an appointment to speak to your GP about this if you haven't done so already.
