After ejaculating I get a hard smallish lump in my right testicle it goes down after an hour or so. Is this normal or something I should get checked ? When I check my testicles before ejaculation this lump isn't there.
I've had two of those in the past. Both times had to get it checked out at hospital (ultrasound), and both times it was just an inflamed tube. Cancer doesn't come and go. A tumour is constant.
However, you need to get it checked out because it could be inflammation, an infection or the beginning of a blocked tube.
Thanks this sounds like what I may have ( I hope ) I have a doctors appointment on the 7th, I'm sure they will refer me for ultrasound to get it checked
