Thank you

  • I really would go see your GP, I do not like to go out of the house much either I have really bad psoriatic arthritis.

I was similar to yourself in 2020,  bleeding after not having a period for 2 years, I had a history of really bad prolonged periods that were heavy and painful before they stopped,  so when they started up again I assumed it was same issue, of which I had previously being to see drs etc.

please don't delay it's better to be safe than sorry, it could just be hormones and the menopause, but I really think that anyone who has any bleeding after menopause should visit a dr.

I did not know it was abnormal to bleed after my periods stopped, I kept heavy bleeding for a year on and off before I had a heart attack due to being too anaemic, so much so I needed a blood transfusion, on investigation on why I was so anaemic, they found the cancer in my womb, that heart attack saved my life as I would not of gone to drs until it was probably too late, as it was the found my cancer when it was stage 1a grade 2.

I'm now cancer free, and have had a total hysterectomy with my ovarys removed, that was in jan 21,  I did not need any other treatment other than the hysterectomy. I had to wait longer after my diagnosis in april 2020 to have it removed due to Covid and the heart attack, so during the wait I had hormone therapy so the tumour did not grow. I was 45 at the time of my diagnosis, if you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask.
