Well it's been 3 weeks since my skin biopsy x 2 on my back. I was told last week it's stIll being processed. So thought maybe 3 weeks I will be waiting? I was told I'm put through as urgent 2 to 3 week wait!
after numerous calls to my dr or speaking to the receptionist. Been told to wait and the dr will call without no apology to why it's delayed. They haven't given me an explanation to why it's delayed or offer to chase them up.

I have put in a complaint and they are going to try and get them to chase it up with the hospital. I haven't been feeling well and suffering with anxiety alongside my other mental illnesses the dr  says to call up tomorrow morning to see if I can get an appointment with dr to sort out my anxiety. 
 

why do they make this process so stressful for people?
