Swollen Thyroid Gland, cyst on vocal chord

About two weeks ago I went to just be checked as when I swallowed I could feel something. They found a swelling in my thyroid gland and a giotre.
bloods were done for my thyroid and everything come back fine. I have been referred to two seperate thyroid consultants one surgerical & other I think hormones.
I also need a scan which I am going to pay private for because even though it's urgent it won't be until July.
I went into hospital and was seen by ENT I had a camera and they found what they think is a nodule on my vocal chord. I'm going back on 31st for it to be checked again.
I have the symptoms of...

trouble swallowing

ear ache

Swelling & dull ache as the day goes on in neck area

i loose my voice now & again it goes croaky

Theyres a lump when I swallow.

Anyone had anything similar please?
