I'm sorry to hear that you've recently had an investigative procedure and some biopsies were taken. It's understandable that you're feeling anxious about the results. It's not uncommon for multiple biopsies to be taken during these kinds of procedures so try to remain positive. 

The length of time it takes for results really can vary quite widely based on any number of particular things so please don't read too much into how long you wait for results. If you've not heard within 2-3 weeks then you could call the hospital to ask about waiting times.
