Waiting for results is incredibly frustrating and it's a time when it is hard to think of anything else and when the uncertaintly can lead you to imagine all sorts of things and expect the worst. Hopefully being told it's being processed will mean that it won't be long now until you hear back but each passing day can feel like a lifetime. If you don't hear anything back next week, it might be worth giving them another ring but fingers crossed the results are indeed being processed and you will get some news very soon.

Hi Lucie,

I contacted my gp practice this morning and the receptionist wasn't helpful. She said there's nothing on the system. And to ring back on Thursday to speak with GP! So I logged a complaint! Then spoke to someone else on reception they checked everything and said there's no info that it's been done. I also got the no news is good news from the receptionist which frustrates me more. However she managed to get in touch with the gp today so I should get some info.

I am getting really frustrated and keep checking my phone!
