I'm sorry to hear that you've had some ongoing bowel problems over the past few weeks and that you're worried that these symptoms could be the result of cancer. It's natural for people to be worried when something is wrong with their health but it's good to hear that you've already got an appointment for further investigations. Hopefully the team will be able to give you some information and reassurance at your appointment on Monday. 

There could be many reasons for the symptoms that you've been experiencing and it might help you to bear in mind that the majority of people referred for further tests on an urgent 2ww pathway aren't diagnosed with cancer so try to remain positive over the weekend if you can.
