I think I may have breast cancer

so I'm 16 nearly 17 and I've recently noticed a hard and slightly painful lump inside my right breast. I've got veins and rashes popping up all over the place also my family members have noticed that I've been losing a lot of weight recently even though I've been eating the same. Due to my autism and chronic headaches, I am on a lot of medication. in addition, my Nan had breast cancer when she was about 60 and my mum had abnormal cells that had to be removed from her lady bits. This is all just sending my anxiety crazy and I think that I may have Brest cancer. It could be my imagination but at the same time it couldn't.

please give me some advice

My granddaughter has autism and gets really anxious l can understand how you are feeling. If you have any concerns about a lump in your breast make an appointment with your doctor. They can examine you and refer you to the breast clinic if you need to be seen.
The GP is happy to see you to reassure you sometimes they get you to return in a few weeks to see if there's any change.

Thanks. My anxiety can go all over the place some times which makes things hard to handle some times.
