Hi, I know the default answer, and the correct one is to go to GP, I'm really not keen to go there as an initial response. The middle of last week I felt a lump when I was smoothing my t-shirt (so not directly on skin). I kinda figured it was a spot or something and didn't think much of it. I looked later, no signs of a spot, I then struggled to find the lump (in some positions I can feel it easier than others). Essentially it's long and feels a bit jumpy, maybe 1.5 cm in length and it's right beside the surrounding skin of the nipple. It is painless to press on. The issue I have is it can be really, really hard to feel it, and that's what makes me really hesitant to visit the gp, the chances of them finding it are really low so trying to see if anyone has experienced anything similar and if there's anything it's likely to be? There's no swelling, enlargement or anything else.
thanks for any experience anyone can share, I'm aware this is not so common in males.
