Hi just wondering if anyone has any advice-my lovely mum has bladder cancer which she is coming to the end of treatment for this year but two weeks ago she started to get diorrhea on and off and last week had blood in the toilet bowl and when wiping.

We went to A and E where the doc said it could be a number of things or piles and she also had anal fissures but they asked for her to a fiit test which would allow for a colonoscopy.

she is beyond terrified as the results have shown blood in her poo and when she did the poo there was no visible blood like when she went to a and e and we are so upset as she already has bladder cancer to deal with.

we now have a two week window for the colonoscopy.

Im just wondering if anyone has had a positive fiit test that hasn't resulted in cancer
