Shoulder pain

Hi all am new to this :)

I found a lump in my left breast around 6months ago, had an ultrasound and a mammogram, been told I've got dence breast. Any way for the past week I've been having really bad left shoulder pain and pains going across my chest, I went to A&e they did ecg and blood test all came back fine.
now I just seen that shoulder pain can be a symptom of breast cancer. Am terrified in case it is but all ultrasound and mammogram came back normal 6months ago. Help I dunno what to do.

I can relate to this. I've had pain in my left breast for ages but have had a clear mammogram and ultrasound. Was told it was hormonal - I'm 54. However as well as the persistent pain I now have pain in my left armpit and shoulder and also running down my arm. I'm going to go back to GP as not convinced!

The pain isn't in my breast really it's more my chest and left arm, but every test I had has come back clear. I also got to told it was hormone related, just also been diagnosed with costochondritis just fed up of been in pain all the time now, hope you get some answers x
