Reactive Lynph nodes.

A few years ago I noticed a small lump on my neck.
I forgot about it and just carried on with life, last year I noticed that I had two smaller lumps behind my ear, then another one on my inner thigh.. as-well as the one on my neck getting larger. I now have about 7 lumps, I told my doctors which booked me in for an ultrasound on my neck area. Blood tests came back normal and the lady that scanned my neck said I have a lot of reactive lymph nodes. These were then referred to ENT which advised me to wait a month or so and re scan, I’m still waiting to be re scanned.
My other symptoms include, jaw clicking when eating.
Hot flushes and for the past few months I’ve been experiencing an itchy bottom which is Really embarrassing.
im so concerned that this is somthing sinister.
