So bit of a long one im female (31)

in 2021 my periods stopped cold turkey in may. foolishly i didnt go to the doctors till just before christmas by which time i had had 2 none normal periods but nothing really bad just light. 

i was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and that was what my periods or lack there of was blamed on. 

i have a follow up bloods taken and my prolactin level was checked. my prolactin was 3060ish and my TSH down to 9.6 from 10.5. i have a referral to endo but this was back in the end of Feb i rang to chase just the other day and it has not even been looked at and im looking at 2 to 9 months wait...

i then had a 96 day peroid no pain just bleeding some heavy always red for 96 days straght. i have a clear ultrasound and internals and smears. it stopped for a few days and my doctor (without seeing me) put me on Norethiserone what was ment to be for 3 weeks to then start the pill to regulate my monthly i was under the impression and from what i read you are not ment to bleed on this medication however.

 i was forced to go to A&E a week ago for extreme bleeding with larger scary clots and i mean my largest was about a pingpong ball size. after a 9 hour wait i was sent home to see my doctor a note was sent that i was to be seen i was not. i was bleeding a large night pad in under an hour. i bled through to my trousers on 3 occasions my doctor then put me onto Tranexamic Acid aswell as still taking the  Norethiserone & to start the pill thats 3 tablets that are ment to prevent bleeding im still bleeding..its less. but its still bright red blood when i got to the toilet and on my pads....

am i right in thinking this is not being taken seriously i feel like im stuck and beacuse women are ment to bleed that im not being taken seriously A&E didnt even touch my stomach and my doctor is not seeing me till this wednesday about it for a peliv exam i have already had done 3 times with no issues found... im terrifed its somthing serious with my pituatary but its being totally over looked my prolactin should not be 3060 at 31 non pregnent.... if it is a tumour how long do they expect you to wait... i feel awful daily.. headache daily. joint pains i cannot stay awake anymore taking multiple naps a day im unable to work at the moment witht he bleeding etc..... 

is there any help out there to get them to listen ?
