I am so sorry to hear of all your symptoms. IT sounds to me as if you need to have a chat with your GP in order to get him/her on to your case. Waiting this length of time for a biopsy is a nonsense and something needs to be done, especially in light of your more recent symptoms.
The other thing that you could dp is to contact PALS (Patients' advisory liason services. There is an online facility where you enter your post code and this will link you to your local hospital. They can help to resolve concerns or problems when you're using the NHS and might ensure that you are not forgotten again.
