It's horrible waiting and so stressful, I know. You really are in very safe hands and most lumps turn out not to be cancerous. 

Speaking from my own experience they were kind of suspecting a possible positive result after my mammo and ultrasound with biopsy. So they told me on the day that the results were 'worrying' so I guess my findings were a lot more definitive. But at least I was prepared and of course am now in full chemo etc and doing well, but I digress. 

It sounds like they have a provisional diagnosis, the biopsy results will confirm that for them. 

Rest assured they can act really quickly if they make a definitive diagnosis, but hopefully it won't come to that for you. 

I'll be crossing my fingers and thinking of you. There's a lovely community of people on here who can support you.

Thank you for the reply, sorry to hear what you are going through, I wish you all the luck and support on your journey.

I know I am being silly about worrying  but I can't help it, I am the type of person that needs to know exactly what's happening and hate things out of my control. 

I do wish Google wasn't invented tho lol as it doesn't matter how many times you tell yourself not to search things you alway do :happy:
